Shipping policy

Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, we will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using MasterCard or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions' cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order ships. If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card. Purchases made online will not be available for returns until the authorization is complete. 

Delivery Policy

All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions. Once you place an order, you have up to 1 hour to cancel or change it. You’ll receive an email when your order has shipped. Depending on the size of your order, it may be necessary to send your order in multiple shipments. 

Missing Packages

Be sure to check around your house and mailbox, or ask your neighbors if they received it for you. There's also a chance it was marked ‘Delivered’ before it was dropped off. If your package still hasn’t turned up 72 hours after you received a delivery confirmation email, contact customer service at hello@botaniquehome.com
